TVS SCS Launches Locker Network to Improve Field Service Productivity

TVS SCS Launches Locker Network to Improve Field Service Productivity
TVS Supply Chain Solutions, the leading final mile solutions provider in the market, today announced the launch of its next-generation locker network. The innovative solution is designed to provide field service engineers with timely and flexible access to spare parts, helping them stay productive and keep customers happy.

The new locker network offers a range of door sizes to fit customers’ needs, and it utilizes market-leading lock technology to provide the highest level of security and ease of access. With TVS SCS’s new locker network, customers have the flexibility to build a locker network based on their requirements and can choose from flexible locations with a range of door sizes. What’s more, the transactional costs are based on dynamic locker usage, making it more affordable for customers to use the lockers.

“We are excited to launch our own locker network to further establish our position as the leading final mile solutions provider in the market”  said Tony Gunn, Global CEO of TVS SCS.” We believe our next-generation lockers add the perfect flexible solution that customers are demanding.”

The locker network is supported by TVS SCS’s fully integrated distribution network, ensuring that spare parts are delivered efficiently and on time. Additionally, the lockers are integrated with What3Words location finder, making it easier for field service engineers to locate the lockers.

“The UK locker market has been hampered by poor transportation connectivity and a lack of transparency” said Samantha Ferguson, Head of Sales – Spare Parts Europe at TVS. “Our solution addresses these issues by providing customers with real-time visibility into the location and status of their parts, as well as by integrating with our national courier services to ensure timely delivery.”

The TVS SCS locker network is not only flexible and easy to use, but it also boasts the latest technology. It includes market-leading lock technology, an app to support field service engineers, and lockers integrated with What3Words location finder. These features make it easier for field service engineers to access spare parts quickly, ensuring that they can complete their work more efficiently.

“We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and are thrilled to offer them this innovative solution,” said Tony Gunn. “Our fully integrated locker network is designed to help our customers make real productivity efficiencies, and we’re confident that it will become an indispensable tool for their operations.” TVS SCS’s locker network is fully integrated on a single platform, and customers have a choice of final mile distribution options.
