Latest deal with taiwanese firm will give re-sellers significant advantage in rugged market, Varlink says.
Durabook's range of rugged tablets and laptops will be available in the UK Market after the Taiwanese firm forged an agreement with Varlink to "stock, sell and support" their products.
Durabook is the core brand of Twinhead International Corporation Founded in 1984, Twinhead has been a major supplier of computing devices for more than 35 years. Twinhead introduced the Durabook brand in 2002 after manufacturing its first military-grade rugged laptop in 2000. The brand has quickly expanded to meet the demands of customers in a broad range of verticals that require rugged tablets and laptops.
Mike Pullon, CEO at Varlink, commented on the company’s most recent partnership: “We are delighted to have signed a distribution contract with Durabook and look forward to stocking, selling and supporting their range of outstanding rugged computing products in the UK.”
